About Lloyd Dillon

Lloyd Dillon has everything that makes a truly great Winston-Salem real estate broker – a creative spirit backed up by nearly two decades of experience in promotion, sales and marketing of residential real estate. With an unparalleled knowledge of the area and a passion for everything related to the city and its surrounding communities, Lloyd is totally immersed in the Winston-Salem lifestyle.

Born and raised in Winston-Salem's Sherwood Forest community, Lloyd graduated from Mount Tabor High School in 1986. In 1990, he graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a BS degree from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Undergraduate Business School. Upon graduation from UNC, he joined Pulte Home Corporation's Carolinas division (based in Cary, NC) as an assistant market analyst in their Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, Richmond, VA and Columbia, SC markets.
